She wants Libby to go to a spa with her that weekend and think about going with him. The decision is made for her when she finds out the vet wants to get married to a another woman. After all 3 Thatcher's get over the pox, Libby comes down with a nervous rash from all her stress and is bed-ridden for the weekend and left to fend for herself.
